Ihssane GUENNOUN is an International Relations Specialist at the Policy Center for the New South. She contributes to the Geopolitics and International Relations research program by focusing on West Africa. Her research also covers security in the Sahel region as well as recent developments of Asian players in Africa.

Prior to joining the Policy Center in 2015, she spent six months at the German Marshall Fund of the United States within the Wider Atlantic program. Ihssane has a double degree in International Relations from the School of Governance and Economics of Rabat (Morocco) and the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence (France) with a major in International Relations and Affairs. She also completed a thesis within an Executive Master of Science in Geopolitics and Geoeconomics of Emerging Africa from HEC Paris. Soulaiman JIDDI received his Master degree in International Financing of Projects in Emerging Economies from EGE-Rabat in 2014 and a Master in Governance of Organizations for International Development from Grenoble-Alpes University. He then directly joined the Policy Center for the New South as an Event & Program Officer where he worked until 2016. Since 2017, he serves as a Consultant for setting-up the program and the overall organization of high level events.

In 2019, he embraces an entrepreneurial project by creating Medina Heritage; an original concept in the heart of Marrakesh that promotes culture, art, handicraft and Moroccan gastronomy. The gallery area holds artistic exhibitions on a regular basis, whereas the concept store has creations of more than 40 designers.

His engagement towards the civil society concerns a variety of sectors. He is part of the Executive committee of many associations. In the entrepreneurship sector, he is part of the Emerging Business Foundation (EBF), and the Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Development (CEED), and the design and art sector through the Marrakech Creative Interiors Cluster (MCIC). Hassan NACIRY is a laureate of the Rabat School of Governance and Economics (EGE). He completed the first two years of the first cycle at the EGE before joining the exchange program at Sciences-Po Paris. He holds a double Master's degree in “Governance of Organizations for International Development” (2014) from EGE and in “International Relations” from the Institute of Political Studies of Aix-en-Provence (2015).

From 2015 to 2018, he joined the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung as a Project Coordinator in charge of the Climate and Energy Program. He will occupy for two years the position of Advisor in the Cabinet of the General Direction of ONHYM.

In January 2020, he joined OCP Group as a Research Intelligent Specialist.

Alaa-eddine Khaldi holds a double master's degree in international relations from the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and the University of Turin (Italy). He is currently a Program Officer at the Public Policy School and is in charge of programming and coordinating executive trainings at the UM6P.

Previously, he gained experience in consulting and monitoring firms as well as research centers focused on Moroccan political life.

Yassmina GOUGHRABOU is a Research officer at the office of the Chairman and CEO of OCP Group, which she joined in 2019 as soon as soon as she graduated.

Beneficiary of the Sciences Po Lyon Exchange Program (2014-2015), Yassmina holds a double Master's degree in International Relations (MENA POLITICS) from the Rabat School of Governance and Economics (Morocco) and the University of Turin (Italy). Yassmina has also carried out anthropological research on the empowerment of Moroccan rural women.

In January 2020, he joined OCP Group as a Research Intelligent Specialist.

Rim Riouch is a Program Officer at the Policy Center for the New South, which she joined in 2018. For three years, she was responsible for organizing high-level conferences in Morocco and internationally. In 2020, she joined the Research Valorization team, where she now works on the think tank's internal and external communication. Prior to joining the think tank, she was a consultant to the Head of Government's Office, where she supported the design and implementation of a Government Program Implementation Monitoring Unit.

Hamza ALAMI is a Senior Strategy & Management Consultant at OCP SOLUTIONS, a Moroccan consulting firm.

He is graduated from École de Gouvernance et d’Économie of Rabat. He holds a master's degree in International Affairs and Relations from Sciences Po Aix-en-Provence and a MSc in Geopolitics and Geo-economics of Africa from HEC Paris. He is also a former student of Sciences Po Paris as part of an exchange program.

Prior to joining OCP Group in 2015, he spent eight months at the office of the Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy where he were involved in the set-up of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
