This is a fundamental theme that examines with the interaction between global and African policies. It examines as well the international legal integrations of African economies, the global issues (climate change, technology, migration) and conflict management. The reflection will seek to identify the constraints and opportunities of these different processes of interdependence between Africa and the rest of the world, on three main perspectives: geopolitical; geo-economical, and normative.
