On Thursday, April 9th, Vice-Dean Dorothée Boccanfuso and Professor Touhami Abdelkhalek conducted a seminar titled “Intra-Household Allocation, Care Burdens, and Women's Labor Force Participation in Morocco.” The session explored how intra-household dynamics and care responsibilities shape women’s participation in the labor market, highlighting the role of bargaining power, job quality, and targeted policies in addressing Morocco’s persistently low female labor force participation.
