The Africa Institute for Research in Economics and Social Sciences will host Laurence Burgorgue-Larsen, Professor of Public Law at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, on Wednesday, September 17th, at 12:30 p.m., as part of its research seminar.
Professor Burgorgue-Larsen will examine the interpretative methods used by regional human rights courts (African, Inter-American, and European) to safeguard democracy.
